The Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) will hold their monthly on 5 February 2008 at 09:00. This meeting will be held in the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room in Meadville. The meeting will start with recognizing the leadership that George Wright has demonstrated and the contribution he has provided to the local business community during his ten years in leadership with SCORE. Among those expected to attend will include the Erie Chapter Chair and the Deputy District Director for all of Western Pennsylvania.

SCORE meetings are open to all person in business, considering opening up a small business, or would like to improve the business climate in the region. SCORE is a national organization of over 10,500 volunteers who offer free confidential counseling to small businesses. The Meadville branch office serves all of Crawford and Venango Counties and parts of Northern Mercer County. SCORE offers outstanding volunteer opportunities for seasoned business professionals who want to help ensure the financial future of the region stays bright.
